Very dry soundingstage makes it quite hard woark - but DB said he thought it was an excellent performance -- I was too tired to tell. One more show to go!

Very good venue with excellent Sound System, a very warm crowd and we played great.

Very nice theater-type venue with very friendly staff -- not a good sound on stage and I felt I did not play as well as I would like -- good audience though.

A good little venue, but really too small for the volume I like to play at --- but friendly people running it and a good, warm crowd both nights.

Very good, well run venue -- sound very dry so a bit tricky. Audience warm but a little polite -- enjoyed it though.

Not a bad venuebut not good acoustics and Laurie said he struggled a bit with PA. Good crowd thoughand once we got used to the sound we had fun.

Pittsburgh - Rex Theatre B
Pittsburgh is in an unusual setting -- surrounded by wooded hills and sitting on both sides of a river. The venue not up to much, but the people very friendly and the crowd was warm. We enjoyed playing the show -- RF, but not so bad tonight

Detroit - Royal Oak
An excellent venue and really wonderful audience. Had to switch to Mr Cream because of tuning problems during WYN -- what a marvelous tone it has! The band played great.

Cincinnati - Bogarts
Life-threatening RF coming through the guitar made it almost impossible to play the show, but with such a great crowd, we managed to get through to the end of the set in one piece.

Nashville - Mercy Lounge
It was really great to play Nashville, the home of so much wonderful music. Had the heaviest RF this year coming through my guitar, which spoiled the show a little for me, but the audience was wonderful.
